Starting 2 May, users in the Es Mal Pas area will have a regular bus service facilitating the connection with the town to Alcúdia and Alcanada. This improvement is in addition to the increase in the TIB services at the start of April with the introduction of the summer timetables and the resumption of services on seven lines for the season, as is also the case of those that started last Friday from Cala Mesquida and Cala Mendia.
Line 323, which last year ran from Alcúdia to Alcanada via the port, this year extends its route to reach Es Mal Pas. Thus, users in the area will be connected to the regular bus with an hourly service from 8.00 am, when the first service departs from Alcanada, until 9.30 pm, when the last service departs Es Mal Pas. The bus, which will run until the end of October, will have three stops in Alcanada, one at the maritime station, one in Alcúdia and the last one in Es Mal Pas.
As for the Llevant coast, last Friday, two lines started running again. The 422 Cala Mesquida - Cala Rajada line, running as per last year's timetable with thirteen and fourteen journeys in each direction with one bus every hour; and the 427 Cala Mendia - Porto Cristo line, which this year offers nineteen daily services and sees a change in the location of the Cala Romàntica stop.
